For any development activity within the NAINA notified area, as per government notification early this year, on appointment of CIDCO, all the Special Planning Authorities functioning in the NAINA shall cease to operate and as a consequences all the proposals for development permission, NOC for NA, zone certificate etc shall be processed by CIDCO.
The company has in house team focusing on compliance to various regulatory requirements and has possession of all project related details in accordance with development rules and regulations.
This team takes utmost care of the detailed investigations of the property under consideration and ensures obtaining the title certificates as appropriate through the legal consultants in order to protect the users interest.
Though there is no mandate to make relevant and authentic information to be shared in public domain, however we intend to furnish and upload various compliance related documents and certificates from various regulatory bodies for all form of our future projects at proposed sites.
